Focuses on developing ballet technique and reinforces physical strength and dance vocabulary. There will be continued emphasis on the creative response to music and consistent training.

Focuses on core strength,flexibility training, leaps and turns; a fusion of ballet and contemporary dance. These classes are energetic, fun and include isolations, turns, leaps, and a variety of choreography style.

Focuses on rhythm and coordination are exercised through basic steps, progressing to complex combinations and time steps. Focus on clarity of sounds, creating and understanding rhythms, increasing speed and developing style.

Upbeat, high energy classes teaching the fundamentals of hip hop movement. Stretching, isolations, rhythms, along with across the floor progressions and “creative footwork” will all be incorporated. Developing strength, coordination and confidence!

Focuses on contemporary and modern dance, such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing, balance and contraction/release.

Focuses on developing flexibility and strength. Students will learn basic contortion and acrobatic movements such as front and back walk-overs, chin stands and cartwheels.

Focuses on basic stretches and strengthening within an improvisational warm up set to West African and Afro-Modern rhythms. Embark on a journey of movement from the African diaspora.

Focuses on a beautiful beginning to creative movement and dance. Students will learn classroom etiquette, basic ballet and jazz skills, and develop respect for other dancers.  Youth ages 2-3.

 Focuses on developing body awareness, motor skills, balance, flexibility, coordination, and spatial and perception skills; including sitting positions, jumping skills and rolls. Youth ages 4-6.
